The group photo (required) and individual photos will be taken at 8am on Saturday, October 12, 2019. This is the morning of the Royal Classic Field Tournament, so students will already need to be at school. This will be the only professional photo opportunity for the group, so it is important that we have 100% participation. Orders with payment are due the day of the photo. Please see the photo packages below for pricing. Click the order form below for a PDF version of the form. We will have some hard copies in the music room beginning next week.
Please note: This schedule is subject to changes between now and Friday!

Varsity Game (this is our usual schedule)
6:40PM Pick up football team from their locker room and move to stadium for pre-game.
7:00PM Kick off
8:00PM Approximate Half Time
8:15PM Approximate end of halftime; wrap up talk, change out of uniform, put props away (if they are used) be back in the stands by the start of 4th quarter.
9:00/9:30PM Approximate end of game.
Big Z's is open for you to enjoy at the end of the game. The band room will close approximately 15-20 minutes after the alma mater is performed. We love the victory lap if the team wins; however, please be mindful of volunteers, staff, and directors wanting to clear out and head home after a long day of working.
If you are a non-marching band student and would like a jacket, yours will say "Instrumental Music" instead of "Marching Pride." We realize in the past, only marching band students purchased the jacket. We feel all students in the program should be able to be included and sport such a jacket. Please download the form and follow the instructions on how to order. You can actually place an order via our online store's PayPal on this website. Contact Mrs. Savage if you have specific questions regarding this particular apparel item.
If you would like a themed show shirt or pull over hoodie, please return this form by Monday, September 23rd, 2019. We want to place this order by that date, so that the apparel can arrive in time for our first show in a few weeks. We are only taking orders this one time. So act now and fast. Only cash and checks will be accepted as forms of payment. We will not cash the checks until October 1st. Thank you!
